$150 for each 53-60 minute therapy session

$200 for initial diagnostic evaluation appointment

Insurance

Jonny accepts insurance through Mindful Therapy Group. If you wish to schedule with Jonny, please contact Mindful Therapy Group at (425) 640-7009.

Matt is in-network with Regence, Premera, LifeWise, and First Choice Health Network (including Kaiser PPO).

If you have coverage through another insurance plan, you will be considered “self pay” and will be responsible for paying the full standard rate at each session. If you would like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide a monthly superbill which you can submit to your insurance plan. We will not submit out-of-network claims on your behalf.

If you are uninsured or self pay, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate in accordance with the No Surprises Act. This will provide you with an itemized estimate of your out of pocket costs.

Cancellation and No Show Fee

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or do not show to an appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee of $150.

To avoid this fee, please notify your therapist by text or email at least 24 hours in advance if you know you will need to miss an appointment.
